storm/PDW ball
« on: February 28, 2015, 03:12:30 PM »
What can anybody tell me about this ball.I have searched hi and low but cant really find anything on it.
I got this ball at a pro-am in Vegas back in maybe 2000 or 01 (give or take a year or so).All I have found is that it is supposed to have a "hyroad" core? (but not sure that's correct cause this is way before any hyroads came out) and its supposed to have a el-ninya cover? is it a asym or sym? and what would that cover be?

p.s. I still havnt drilled this ball,LOL....probably never will.

If you haven't drilled the ball, look on the box and see what info is there.  A picture of the ball might help the experts here.

This was close to the Eraser Particle Pearl IIRC

Yep that's the ball, thanks GB300. And I hate to say it but the box got thrown out a way long time ago.So its a particle pearl cover but it says its a 2-piece core so is that a sym?

Yes, it's a sym.
That core was a variation of the Thunder core that was used on a lot of different balls from Storm during those early years.
