Ok, I just picked up my X-Factor tonight, and I had asked for a 14#, well, it was 14# 3 ounces undrilled, and it is ALOT lighter then I expected. Now, when I throw this ball, I dont mean I throw a little faster then usual, I mean, I normally throw 14-15 mph, I was LAUNCHING this thing 18-19 mph. Obviously I cant get a whole lot of reaction from a ball going that fast, so I need to slow it own, but, would sanding it help any with picking up on the reaction sooner? Now I have to play a pretty straight down and in shot with it for it to work unless I REALLY slow down my speed. So overall, I need to slow it down, but would sanding help? Its drilled pin above ring, cg in grip. I wanted length, and backend, but unless I throw it about 13-14 mph, nothing happens. Again, should I sand it, or just stick to the down and in shot at box finish?
