Storm Natural having fun
« on: March 11, 2013, 09:16:29 AM »
For about a year I've been using my fairly week reactive Sonic X to work on my versatility throwing spares especially my 7 pin.

Was considering plastic again but practiced this past week with my strongly drilled Storm Natural and then used it in a tourney.

Results: I like it!

3 wrist positions
1.  Broken no problem picking up the 7 pin and actually seems to take out the runaway skid one can get with plastic.  ie if missed left plastic has no chance this does.
2.  Straight wrist position was great for picking up double wood.  Either 2 8, or 2478.
3.  Strike wrist cocked.  Almost could strike on a 4 th arrow shot for reactives while going to the 2nd arrow.

Item 3 leads to a question for the long time urethane users,  Does Polish lead to more backend for Urethanes like for Reactives?

Thanks, for your help.  I like this new tool!

Regards,

On a true urethane, polish will make it hook less all over. Less in the front, less in the back.
