best med/heavy oil ball?

i was looking for a good med/heavy oil ball for my lineup. i've been looking at the Supercharge, Flash Flood, and Trauma Recovery. Any suggestions, please reply.

The Triple X factor is very good on medium/heavy oil with box surface.
