Man on a Mission -> Through STORM
« on: December 24, 2004, 08:29:03 AM »
This post is for a good friend and team mate of mine (Mike Osterson). He has recently started throwing all storm equipment, mainly last 3 months. He has been on a severe Hot streak. In the last two months he's won $5,000 strike jackpot in a break the bank league. Shot 300 (HRPSP)last week and last night shot 277-248-278=803 (ace). I know it's got alot to do with skill level, but he always done good. Numerous 700's, 260+ games but When equipment fits your game well, got to stick with them... I think I'll getting myself a ACE soon

Congrats MIKE !!!!!

Hey Austin, ready to drill me a ACE??????

Tell him to get the Original X-Factor. The ball is the best thing they came out with since the Original Eraser. All you need to do is keep a good polish on the X and it will last forever.  Best investment he can ever make.

I agree regarding X factor.  In my area it is very smooth on overreacting wet drys and really seemsto help people score.

In our area like many particles the Ace is a DOG!  A friend of mine who is trying to feature the ball to get some sales of it has nearly ruined his game and confidence with it!

Of course the Depth charge was just as bad in our area.

To give you the idea, the Recharge is good but often too strong, X factor and Hot Wire and Pro Stock pearl are the storm winners in our area!

This is a follow up to my last post.
If you keep the Original X-Factor cleaned and polish it when it starts to dull out it will last forever. Unlike some balls i've had. I've found that these simple maintanance tips work great for this ball. I'm lucky that I purchased my own spinner so that I can do my own surface work on my equipment. I've got well over 150 games on my X-factor and when it has a new polish it snaps back just like new. My Original Eraser was like that also. Ball shelf life is the reason I stay with Storm reactives, I don't care for their particle balls. You want a Particle ball that will last, get a Brunswick.
