Crux Pearl Success
« on: November 24, 2015, 02:52:50 PM »
The Crux Pearl hasn't seemed to live up to expectations. Does anyone have a clue why it isn't more popular? Not saying they aren't being used, but I see way more other asymmetrics (including other companies) being thrown.

I bought the Crux Pearl instead of the Crux, and went from the proshop to my league sweeper event.  I had my ball drilled strong and it was very clean thru the heads, strong backend move, and good carry.   I rolled a 723 series which won the scratch side pot.   My only complaint is leaving an occasional solid 8 pin on a crushing pocket shot (right hander).  The Crux Pearl is an impressive ball for medium to medium light oil conditions.
You will not see me on the PBA Tour, but I love the game!!!

I didn't like mine, rolls kinda funny, not wabble but not with authority downlane... Rarely use it, became a very condition specific type of ball, tweaked the surface and no luck yet
