VG Nano vs. VG Nano Pearl
« on: December 03, 2013, 05:28:18 AM »
I've heard the Pearl and Solid are very very similar in reaction, does anyone have any insight to any real differences in these two balls?

The difference is much what you would expect. My buddy had both for a little over a year. Solid is earlier and more even, while the pearl is more skid-snappy but less ball overall. Great one two punch how my buddy used them.

Despite their popularity, both were very strong core shell matchups.   Solid was certainly earlier than the pearl, but the pearl rolled like a lot of solid I have thrown.  I never had any luck with either on anything other than house shots.  Original VG was much more versatile than the nanos
