Tropical Storm coverstock adjustments

I picked up the Tropical Storm a few months back for dryer lane conditions.  This ball hooks more than I intended.  It is a fairly tame drilling, pin above ring finger, CG in the palm.  I have medium revs and medium to high ball speed.  I would like to make this ball a little stronger for medium conditions and to fit under my Columbia U-Turn.  I picked up a Hammer Vibe and will have it drilled very tame and make it my dryer lane condition ball.  Any suggestions on how to tweak the Tropical Storm coverstock?  I appreciate any suggestions.

Sanding the ball will surely make it better suited for more oil and soften the break point to an overall arcing motion. If this is not enough, you can have an x-hole drilled under your PAP. This will increase flare potential a little and might give you more overall moveent on oil while sticking with the drilling if it is not enough. With pin above the fingers, it should rather go long and have a sharp back end turn, nice for a medium-dry shot and light oil with a clean back end. It is hard to tell how much sanding will bring, but it is what I would start with (say 1.000 grit, checking it, and maybe even go to coarser finishes if necessary).

From what I have seen, the Vibe is going to be stronger than the Tropical if you use a like drilling. You could take the tropical to 4000 abralon then polish it to make it weaker. Possibly a weight hole also???
