Anyone drill a Mighty Shift?
« on: May 28, 2008, 02:04:52 AM »
Had the Mighty Shift drilled at Nationals, but way too much ball for Nationals the way it was drilled.  It wasn't drilled for Nationals but to fit between the Attitude Shift and the Gravity Shift.  I actually use the Cell/Buzzbomb on the other side of the Gravity Shift now, but the Mighty Shift is earlier then the Gravity Shift, later then the Attitude Shift, not as angular as the Gravity Shift but more angular then the Attitude Shift.  Looks like a dull Gravity Shift but is suppose to have the Shift core and the Special Agent coverstock.

I have my local shop checking sources to see if any around or nationals only.

Overseas Balls - Mighty Shift

Most information gathered from Manufacturers promotional material.

Specifications:
Line Storm
Color Black/Silver/Red
Coverstock R2S LT Hybrid Particle
Core Shape Lock HD 2-piece
RG 2.55
Differential 0.055
Factory finish 2000 Grit Abarlon
Weights 12 thru 16lbs
Lane Conditions Medium-Heavy Oil

This was on Buddiesproshop.com on bowlingballreviews, overseas Mighty Shift.  I think it is a light particle load.

The Special Agent is just a RS2 solid.

I was in Reno last week for a tournament. The pro shop at the National Stadium has these for sale. That's where I got my information on the ball.

From the Storm website
The Core Shape Lock HD 2-piece is similar to the Gravity Shift and not the Shift. And the RG is 2.48 and Differential is 0.052
