Looking for Natural layout suggestions

My buddy just bought me a Natural for my birthday, and he picked one up for himself.

I've become a big believer in urethane, as I picked up two original Blue Hammers a few weeks ago and watched my average jump 25-30 pins with these balls under all sorts of lane conditions.  I'm looking for help on how to layout the Natural to give me a different look.

Both of those Hammers are drilled for length and not a big hook.  I'm a medium revs/speed stroker who likes to play an outside line, and these balls are built for that.

The Hammers are pin-in balls, one is at 1:30 and the other at noon, which covers me on everything from spare shots and bone dry lanes to fresh THS.  Therefore I'd like the Natural to hook earlier and handle the heaviest volume of oil it can.

As for my buddy, he's interested in putting a rico drill on his.  Between the urethane cover and that drill it seems like it would be the ultimate ball in smoothness and control.  Anybody tried rico on a Natural?

Thanks, I should've done a search.  I'll talk to my driller about pin down label for me.

As for my buddy, I wonder if anybody has tried a rico drill on a Natural?

Can't see the need for a Rico-layout on a Natural.. The ball in itself is very early because of the cover..

Place the pin according to how much flare you want, so you can control how early the ball hooks..

I placed the pin 4 1/2 to get it to hook early enough.. And adjusted the surface to fit the patterns and lanes..

I didn't find the ball to be early as you indicate.  Matter of fact, the AMF Hype, for me is very early and surprisingly needs some oil to get a little further down the lane.  The Natural, especially polished, had great length and recovery (barring lane conditions).  Right now, I've my Natural @ 800+ grit (I used Valentino Resurrection).  I had it polished with Snake Oil, but really had to avoid hitting the oil line on the lanes as it would push too long.  800+ grit provided surface thus broadening the conditions I could use it on.

I have one, I put the pin 4¼ from PAP (IN the bottom right of the ring finger) and 65 degree shift, x-tra Hole on PAP 7/8 bit 2" Deep. Ball rolls so smooth and even, very gradual hook. Doesn't hook too little or too much if lined up right, it will do the job. Amazed with the ball. Just have to gain the confidence to take it out of the bag over time. Used in one game of competition so far and bowled a 268 (2 missed pockets on bad shots) and carried all 10 pocket hits. I was able to play very direct about 7 to 5. This was in game 3 of a 2nd shift league. I think anyone who wants to play to the right and fairly direct should try this ball.
