The pattern was abut 35-40 foot, and yes, the lanes were synthetic.
It definitely acted like ball rollout - some of the time - not all.
The day I mainly used the deuce, I'd tried the Rev earlier, and it was sliding, so I pulled out the deuce to hit the oil. I just moved right for carrydown, but I never got the reaction I was looking for.
Instead of lane condition, I might have been using too aggressive a hand position for the condition...
I'll try it again this weekend if there's enough oil, and try altering the hand position.
Since I'm on the road this week, I don't have access to my spinner and all my polishes and stuff. I did actually hit the ball VERY lightly with green scotch brite on Sunday, but when I tried it in practice, I put it away for the day. I only used it on Saturday.
