A friend of mine has a storm Fired Up he bought about 8 months ago that has developed a crack in the cover about 6 inches long and growing not near the fingers or pin. What are the chances of storm replacing this for him? How would he go about doing that?

He should first contact the proshop that drilled the ball or that he purchased it from. If they will not replace it, contact the distributor that the proshop uses. If he still has no luck he needs to give storm a call and report it to them and take his issue up with them. Start at the lowest point possible and work backwards basically. The fastest way for this to happen is to have the proshop owner send it back to the distributor. The distributor should in turn send out the new ball.
