Send it back to Storm, they should send you a replacement. The ball should not crack like that from the pin.

Am working on it, it just happened last night, sent them pics of it this afternoon

just waiting for word.

all this in less then 20 games too

what a shame...ball did exactly what I wanted and fit great right off the bat too

something that is rare with my span.

I feel your pain. You should get it all worked out, your driller should drill it free since it was busted. If not, I would think it was time to go find a new one.

I got it drilled In Buffalo during JOGs, and I live 12 hours away...

I had nearly the same type of cracking in under less than 20 games on my first Special Agent AND my first Spit Fire (bought and drilled them within a week of each other), except it only went halfway around the fingers instead of a full circle.  I had both balls replaced by Storm for free and my ball driller had no problem punching up new ones no charge.  I have now rolled probably 40-50 games with my new Special Agent and it hasn't shown a single sign of cracking.  It still has fantastic pin action and a smooth roll no less!!

The cobalt is drilled 5 inch 11/16ths on both fingers,   both fingers have a quarter inch out pitch the middle 1/4 out and ring finger 3/8ths out

My other balls are about 1/16th shorter, and all have different pitches

Something I have said before - and a lesson I learned - is to make sure you bevel your finger holes a decent amount. Since I started doing that I have not had one crack on me. Not sure if that has any relevance to this Special.

The driller is  Susan Jeziorski, she is amazing out of Transit Lanes. Could not be happier  with the fit, really is unfortunate.
