Is a Storm Tropical a step up from a C300 Scout Reactive, or the same as a Scout reactive. Also, can you bowl the Tropical on Medium oil?

Tropical is one of the best balls on the market.  I'm talking overall.  It is much stronger than you would think and handles medium oil with ease.

I believe the old scouts were slightly below the Tropical the new scout is definitely less!!!!!
