Title: Cracked T-Road

My T-Road Pearl started to crack around the fingers. I called storm and they said they would replace it. The ball was sent in over 2 weeks ago and I still didnt get anything back. Does anyone know how long it would take to get another ball?

They are probably inspecting it for flaws in drilling or something like that before sending a ball out, but wouldn't imagine it would be too much longer.

my experience with replacements is 2-4 weeks. Most times they send you a ball as  close to the specs of your old ball as they can
