Can anyone give me some info about this ball? Currently have a One and have a Big One on order - both set up with length and flip drilling, both with factory finish (4000 w/ polish on the One and 4000 no polish on the Big One). Looking for something with a more even-arc type reaction. My style is lots of heavy forward roll, causes a lot of stuff to burn up too quick (like my Trifecta). Any help would be appreciated. Also, I'm in the Midwest, would I even be able to find this ball anywhere?
Thanks!

You can find them online at bowlersdream.com or cheapbowlingballs.com. I LOVE mine! It has a nice consistent and controllable arc to the pocket and it hits HARD! I don't leave many corner pins, maybe 1 a game. It also reads lanes very well. I am going to buy another one and I'm looking for the shirts & towels!

It would probably fit in just below "the One" and a little less than the "Trifecta". I currently own one and it is an excellent ball, mine is drilled pin above ring and CG swung out a bit, polished to about 1500.
You can try this links for the ball:
www.buddiesproshop.com ($125.00 + S&H)
www.bowlinglasvegas.com (I bought mine here, out the door price $129)
For the Shirt try this link:

Hope this helps..........

Thanks for your replies - Pat, I notice on your profile that you have an XXX as well - how does the Dark Thunder compare to that? I have an XXX has well - LOVED that ball until I experienced some ball death. Mine was real skid flip. Pin over bridge with RAD in strong position.

I've got one. Excellent ball, I like everything about it. Like others have said, it's versatile, easy to use and hits very hard. I love mine and I'm trying to ration how many games I throw with it so I won't have to buy another quite as soon.

My Triple X-Factor is currently in a very shiny/polished state(2000+ Shine), so it's hard to compare it right now, before I had it highly polished it, the Triple X would have been later and longer down the lane then the Dark Thunder.
