El Nino returns has an "aggressive" reactive cover where the original had Curelyon 2 solid (not sure if they are the same or not). ALso the core shape is the same but the numbers are different:
El Nino Original from 98:
2.490 RG
.065 Differential

El Nino Returns:
2.470 RG
.052 Differential

Similar but not the same, El Nino 2000 was a particle pearl with a different core

El Nino returns is an international ball released in Asia.

Go to storms international site to see it.
