Just a quick question:

Does a 13# Storm Master Line ball use the exact same weight block design as the 14#-16#?

Just asking because someone I know wants to possibly get an X-Factor but they currently throw a 13# ball.  They want to make sure the 13# X-Factor has the RAD Motion Control Technology Weight Block.
