I was disappointed with the discontinuance of the Storm Eraser Blaze, especially after being given it as a gift, not knowing anything about it, but getting it fitted, drilled, and after throwing it for about one month shooting my first 300 and less than a year later my first 800 (824). The ball is explosive and hits like a mac-10 truck still, even after putting over 2,000 games on it. Ball maintenance is a must, for any ball, and this ball has a maintenance like any other in keeping it clean, draining oil, etc.

I really liked my Eraser Blaze once upon a time too, and I swear I thought it hit really hard as well, I always carried good with it. I say mine hit better than my original eraser I had around the same time.
