They were sold cheap around here 2 years ago, and I have one stashed away NIB, still undrilled. But I have seen many in action.
Strong ball, with Reactor Solid cover and a big flare core. Those I have seen went surprisingly long for a matte solid, with a powerful back end. Not exactly what I'd expect from it... Ball shines up quickly, it seems, I'd assume that it is a bit flippier than a T-Road Solid and good for medium to medium-oily shots - the TRS should handle slightly more oil and be more even overall, but I'd say they are close.
My current plan is to drill mine with the pin above the fingers, pin at 4.5-5" from PAP and CG stacked (a favorite layout of mine), and probably take the surface from 800 grit OOB to 1.500.
