Storm T-Road Pearl
« on: February 01, 2010, 09:37:54 AM »
Well, my user name say's Bruns in it because I used to be nothing but a Brunswick brand user for the longest time. After the BVP line and Inferno line were completed I bought the 2nd Fury that came out which was the pearl. Absolutely hated that ball and just about everything that has came out since. I bought a used T-Road Pearl for $75 at that time.

The reason for this post is to say that I am extremely happy with Storm and how the ball react's on the lane's. I'm happy enough with this ball that I decided to switch over to a mostly all Storm arsenal.

I bowled over 1300 game's with the T-Road Pearl and never saw any sign's of the ball losing hook. I resurfaced the ball this past weekend mainly to rid the surface from a track and minor battle scar's. Sunday I used it again of course and the ball look's like it will last me another 1000 game's easy!

I recently picked up a Storm Gravity Shift and Storm Natural. I hoping for similar longevity with these 2 peice's as I had gotten from my T-Road Pearl!

Keep up the great work STORM!!

I'm glad to hear Storm is making gear you dig.

I myself have two Gravity Shifts.  I absolutely adore them, easily my favorite ball of ever.  I have put hundreds of games on each, and they've only needed 1 trip the rejuvenator each.  It's amazing how awesome these R2S and R2X coverstocks really are.  Truly a feat of engineering.

Here's to hoping the R3S/R3X coverstocks are also awesome.

My T-Road Pearl probably has as many games on it, if not more.  I baked it once and resurfaced it... great ball.  If you like it you should definitely pick up a HyRoad.  Same core, stronger cover.

I also love my Natural.  Had a Gravity Shift but I don't match well with asymmetrical cores.

Of course, I also love my Brunswick BVP Wizard and I have a Gold Rhino Pro on the way!

Thank's for backing up the same thought's. I just picked up a Natural and Gravity Shift recently, used the Natural tonight and while I didn't do horrible I can't really complain as I had to relearn how the urethane coverstock work's. I'll post up a topic later on about both ball's.
