I have had 4 of them and my favorite by far and the most versatile is drilled:  pin 1" above ring 5.75" from PAP with the RAD in the strong position.

My specs:
RH
stroker/tweener
16.5 mph @ 15'
15 Revs/280-320 RPM
PAP over 4 3/4" up 1"
45° axis rotation,
10° axis tilt.
12" Track Diameter

I can play any where from straight up 5 with firm speed and 18 to 5 a slight reduction in speed.

STORM TRACK

If you get caught in the Storm Track beware it could be a Typhoon or Monsoon with Rolling Thunder and Lightning Flashes that when Unleashed may send splintered Wood flying everywhere.

Right now I have 15lb Eraser Pearl Particle sanded (don't know how much it was sanded). The layout for this ball is #1 in the following link:

http://stormbowling.com/pdf/drill_specs/advanced.pdf

This ball is good for wood lane with medium oil. But hooks too early on dry lane and doesn't hook when it's heavy oil.

I am getting a new X-Factor original soon. I checked the storm website and found that the drilling layout for this ball is kind different:

http://stormbowling.com/pdf/drill_specs/pro.pdf

Storm Track mentioned "pin 1" above ring 5.75" from PAP with the RAD in the strong position" could make it pretty versatile. Any other suggestions with the spec. of my old ball given here?

Most the time I play on medium oil. But ocassionally, I bowl on heavy and dry lanes. Hopefully can get it drilled to play under these 3 conditions (dont have money to buy all different kinds of balls).

I don't know much about drilling, definitely need some help. Thanks!!!
