Without knowing your actual pap, I can only generalize about what properties this drilling has.
In most cases, the pin below the fingers is intended to get the ball out of a skid and into a roll a bit earlier.
The placement of the RAD on the positive side of the thumb lends itsself to a stronger ball reaction than if it was on the negative side of the thumbhole.
It looks like the RAD is not quite a 90 degree, but close. A true 90 degree would tend to give you a strong ball reaction. The weighthole isn't too far over, so I tend to believe it might be on, or close to, the VAL. It's placement on this ball would increase finger weight slightly, remove excess sideweight, and make a minor influence on the strength of the RAD.
Pin being under the ring finger would get it closer to my pap than most of my other stuff, and in fact, would almost be maxed out for me as I have a pap closer to my grip than a lot of others.
An overall, general assumrtion for this ball, for ME, would be a ball for oilier conditions, to get into a roll earlier than my other stuff and still give me a pretty strong read in the midlane and backends with a good, hard driving backend.
