what's the best/recent carry down ball by storm?

im looking for info on a very good/versatile ball that can handle carry down.

i dont know too much about storm, and this is not for me...

im looking for a carry down ball for a cranker with about 17-18mph ball speed.


please help with your suggestions

Real question is how much oil is on the rest of the lane?  Depending on the amount of head oil the Fear Factor is the best oil ball that they currently make.  There are other options but this is the best for pure carrydown as long as there is enough head oil left to get it there.

I would say the X-factor reloaded if you are a cranker I would suggest a weaker layout. anything half leverage pins 4 3/4 to 5 1/2 from PAP.

dry heads with carry down = best recommended?

med w/ carry = ?



he has a fear factor & re-loaded already.....

he's thinking of a boost....im thinking a flash point

(I haven't done a review yet but...)  The Flash Point has pretty good back end for me, hooks as much total boards as my Fear Factor.  Flash Point didn't seem to like when the heads were gone though.  Worked best for me so far on a medium fresh condition.  

I haven't used it much as it didn't become PBA legal until Dec 1, and we had two regionals over Thanksgiving.
