Title: El Nino gold
Post by: AdrianS on May 23, 2006, 12:21:04 AM
Getting one soon, havent tried a strong Storm since i owned a Fire Power(which drove me nuts coz it was drilled pin over ring finger and instead of putting another drill on it i sold it, bad move!!!)

Anyone still use one these days? On our conditions it should be plenty of ball(old century 100 machine , medium at best volume of oil, buff out to 40ft) What sort of look should i expect compared to say an Eraser or a Bolt(2 more Storms i owned back in the day because i thought the El Ninos were too much for me!!)

I just finally got rid of mine, after a long time.  That coverstock was the most outlasting cover stock I ever owned..  It took a beating, and was easy to resurface..

Shot my highest set ever with one... several years ago, I remember it being fairly strong...  I would guess it to be a medium strength ball by today's standards...  Also liked the grape scent!
