Enigma of the drive
« on: October 07, 2018, 11:51:41 PM »
I just don’t get this ball. If I try to start out with it, I have a terrible look with it to the point that I hate the ball. But twice now, I have used it as a “what the hell... nothing else is working” ball and had a good look. Best look in the house actually. most of the time, it is like the ball either doesn’t want to finish, then when I try to adjust into the shot, it nose dives. Tonight, I was able to move deep and float it out to the breakpoint, and the ball was money. What are you guys seeing out of this ball? What is it good on and how do you play the lanes with it? It has me so confused and I can’t figure out when it works, except for when nothing else does work

i love my drive because i think i know how to use it properly. the cover is stupid strong. i have my benchmark super early chugging ball and this ball is longer and stronger than it on medium  and long patterns, house and sport patterns. on sport i use it on the longer side of medium patterns and fresh long patterns, on house i could use it if i played 3rd arrow or more in if i wanted but i dont like playing that far in on the fresh so it generally stays in the bag.

like luke was saying if you know where this ball fits and how to use it, its great. but i guess that applies to any ball. the higher RG lets it clear the heads but the nano cover lets it blend the pattern front to back
