Title: Eraser Banshee vs. Silver Streak Pearl
Post by: loose5682 on September 02, 2005, 04:41:43 AM
Is there a difference really between these two balls?  Numbers are REALLY close (SSP - 2.52, .040 Banshee - 2.526, .040) and the cores look similar.  Similar type of covers (both reactive pearls) not sure on the hardness though...

Drilled the same (or at least really similar) would there be much of a difference reaction-wise between these two balls?

And also, i'm just talking about a general reaction, maybe on medium to medium-light oil patterns, just looking for an idea on their reaction similarities.

Thanks!!!

I have a flashpoint(brother of banshee).

I had a friend with a banshee.  He is faster than me and tends to stay deep in the oil even when the shot calls to moved outside.  He usually throws a Vertigo.
He didn't get it to hook much!

Me with the Flashpoint I get a little bit of a midlane for a pearl and then a nice short sharp backend that often punches thru with a lot of pop.

I like it so much I got another as backup!

I also had a silver streak pearl ...not great for me and other friends that have it get a bigger total move than the flashpoint/banshee.

Banshee is less than X factor...Recharge...triple X.  I love my flashpoint!(same core).

PS I also just picked up a flash force!  Similar to screamin banshee!

Loved my SSP, so the Banshee overall is less than the SSP?  Any other input from others too?  I know there's a bunch of Storm/Roto people here.

I think a shorter but very hard move at the pins!

PS I like my Flashpoint MUCH more than SSP!
