Drilled 4x5 with a 2" pin buffer... First off let me just say I was extremely excited about a new low rg, pearl/asymmetrical in the Storm family!! For those of you who loved the original Paradigm and still love the Agent, your going to be in love all over again in a new way!!
Just got back from the 2008 Storm Utah Open in which we found ourselves on Brunswick Anvilane, with a very demanding tournament pattern!! Nothing right of ten, not to steep to the spot, scores were kept at the right pace in my opinion!! Getting a ball to face up to the pocket was extremely difficult, but not for the Gravity Shift!!
Used the Gravity Shift to shoot a 288 in qualifying and locked up the high-roller entry contest for high game of the whole tournament. Not too bad for 636 games bowled!!
The Gravity Shift has a tremendous midlane and a punch on the backend that pins will fear!! The ball features both brandnew R2X Cover(more durable)and a more dense Shape-Lock HD weight block. With the 2.48 rg and the .052 diff it gives this baby motion that you will not see from other pearl/assyms...
In conclusion, DON'T WALK, RUN TO YOUR LOCAL PROSHOP and pick one of these gems up!! For the Storm Faithful I know your already losing sleep waiting for this ball, but for those in question it will not disappoint!!! I quote Ferris Bueller "It is so choice, If you have the means I highly recommend picking one up".
