Pattern - Open Championships

This ball made a great first impression with me.  I am bowling in a short season summer Sport league using the Open Championships pattern.  I have been using the Hyroad and Gravity Shift for the first few weeks averaging about 215.  We bowl 4 games and move pairs after each game.  

Since I just drilled the Fast and Furious I was going to use them with a few shots of the Hyroad mixed in to see a difference in reaction.

In practice I threw all three balls and the Furious was very smooth (more on that ball later).  The first thing I noticed about the Fast was how easy it got down the lane.  It may be the cleanest ball through the front of the lane I have ever thrown.  I tried to play in the same spot I have been playing with my Hyroad, but I was forced to move a couple boards further in with the Fast.  My Hyroad blends the pattern out a little more so I can play a few boards further right than I could with the Fast.  I even missed a few shots to the right and it got back with no problem.  

The Fast is more aggressive than I thought it would be.  I think it will compliment my Hyroad and Second Dimension very well.  When I need more angle down lane, the Fast is the perfect ball.  I am very impressed with the Fast.  It had a great roll to it and for a more skid/flippy ball it was still consistent and I knew what I was getting with each shot (if that makes sense to anyone else but me).  I ended up bowling 883 for the 4 games.

As I mentioned earlier the Furious is a very smooth ball.  I didn't throw it for more than a few shots because I had such a good reaction with my Fast.  My initial thoughts on the Furious is it will be a ball to use on fresh pattern such as Chameleon and Viper.  It will give me a smooth predictable reaction to blend out any pattern.  Mine is only about a 1.5 inch pin. After throwing a few shots with it, I think I am going to add a balance hole.  
As I get a chance to use the Furious more, I will post more reviews.

I'm getting that the Fast actualy covered more boards than your Hy-Road since you said you had to move in some with it.  Is that right, or did the breakpoint need to be moved in as well?
