I'm confused if my driller is right on drilling my fear factor.I asked him to drill it 3 3/8 stacked leverage, so he did drill it 3 3/8 12:00 position Pin & CG from Pap. What I heard from other people that if the ball has a Mass Bias locator or in Fear Factor is the "Rad", then you should align the "the Pin & the RAD" at 12:00 position & don't bother where the CG would be. Is this true, 'coz the Rad position on my ball is not aligned at all with the pin & CG & the RAD is more on the left side of the thumb hole, so does this mean that I ended up having it drilled as label leverage & not stacked?
I appreciate any comments.

Triple X,

Pretty much the "the other people" are correct.  What they said holds true on any ball.  Where you put the pin in relation to your axis point determines the length of the ball.  3 3/8" is considered the leverage point, or where the weight block is at its most dynamic imbalance.

Where you put the mass bias determines the motion of the hook.

Don't want to sound rude, but it sounds like your ball is drilled fine, and at your present skill level, adjusting the surface is all you need to do.  More shine for length, less shine for early hook.
