Fired up and flashpoint?

In terms of overall ball reaction, based on the same drilling, what do you think would be the differences in reaction? Would the fired up be stronger than the flashpoint and pick up... where?

I'm looking for something a bit stronger than a flashpoint to buy for ths next year, and was thinking of the fired up as a good choice. I had a lot of success with a flash point last year, and I think a ball that just creates a bit more angle would creat a slightly better carry percentage in this house (standard 40 foot heavy inside dry outside, stand left throw right). Suggestions from other companies are appreciated, I would like to stay out of high end equipment, however.

The FU would be exactly what your looking for.

 The flash point was quite good with a reaction similar to the original eraser, but a little less midlane. the fu is really early for a pearl ball it seems, with a violent left turn for most. i've seen even the most mellow layouts used on this ball and it still backends very hard.  I use mine with a little scuff of a white pad to smooth it out a tad.

 I wonder if you layout a ball that is perfect for a house shot for strokers would be called stanksi1 ?lol sorry just taking a little humor from the brunswick forums.

House shot stan they should call me. I should be the one to come up with a perfect ths stroker layout, seeing as I am one of the few players in the area with lower revs that does pretty good on house. Thanks dude, I think you helped me make my decision.

As an owner of both the flash point and now the fired up...I have actually thrown both balls on the same condition... The flash point is drilled pin 3 and 3/8" from my pap pin even with my ring and the cg pretty much in the center of my grip but maybe a lil more south than the dead center and my fired up is drilled 4 and 5/8" from my pap pin under my finger and cg kicked a lil back towards the center of my grip.  

I have thrown both of these balls on a short house shot, and the flash point is actually a lil sooner than the fired up but this of course is due to the big difference in the pin placement.  The strength in these balls I think is similar...but overall the fired up is a lot stronger but I will say this...I have had really good luck with the eveness of the fired up...almost exactly what I did like about my flash point...however my flash point is squirrely on the short house shot...
