i bowl leauge and touranment but i am a novice about bowling ball. I want to buy 2 more ball for different lane condition.

I have:

Storm VE
Drilled:
----PIN----
---O--0----
----CG-----
-----O-----

I want to get reign and Invasion.

I am avg: 170
like to play : 13board outside in. or 23 board little outside then back(for this play i need to have dry in the middle to do good if not the ball will go stright to 2 & 6 pin)

any suggest about the two ball above and What kind of layout do i drill?

or

any other kind of ball I should use? ( I am a storm fans)

but the VE when i play at the 23 board it wont come back.. what should i do?

reign fire? do you think invasion is better??

let me make it clear... i stand in 30 board bowl on lane 23 board.. the board will go skid down with out backend on VE.

This isn't the advice you want, but here goes.

Buy a Dimension or Invasion.  ONLY ONE.

Then, spend the other money finding a coach to teach some lane play, adjustments and mechanics.  This will benefit you far more than another ball.
