*~Storm DIMENSION Video from Videoballreviews.com!~*

Hi All,

I'm proud to present to you The Dimension Video from Storm.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHMPweaRZNA

My Take on the ball:

This ball is Sick...have you ever said to yourself, boy i wish my cell was a little cleaner through the heads and stronger in the backend?  Well if you have this is the ball you are looking for.  I didnt want to believe that this ball was 4 boards stronger in the backend than the cell, but its true...same continuation, same insane amount of total hook as a cell just MORE.

We are seeing a new revolution in ball reaction from the Storm and Roto Grip camp.  They are taking continuation and total hook to a new level folks!

I will be drilling up a few more of these to try surface adjustments and different layouts to see how versatile it is.  As you can see in the videos it is quite a bit stronger than the gravity shift...

Just be sure to find oil...this thing needs some volume up front, it didnt mind carrydown that much, but as long as you have a good amount of head oil you will be fine...

As always comments and questions are welcome

I wish i could do a video for you guys showing the difference between the Cell and the Dimension on the same lane, but because they are different companies i can not...the Dimension gets farther down the lane and makes a stronger move in the backend...the lane i was on played a bit tighter than when it did for the cell video...

can i see people having both the cell and dimension in the same bag?  maybe, depends how they are laid out and what the surfaces are at...but with all things equal especially on a flatter condition you will see at least 4 more boards on the backend with the Dimension...now if you are on a huge wall there may be some overlap!

Looks much different than the Cell as far as where and when the ball flares on the lane.  You can see a very pronounced flip of the core at the breakpoint with this ball that you don't see with a Cell.  Not saying that's good or bad, just an observation.

This is a good interpretation...the dimension does what the cell does in the midlane, but in the backend.

Hi Britton,

Great video.  Tyler Jensen did a mini review in a different thread  Link:

Dimension!

The thing that got me intrigued was his reference to being speed dominant & being able to stay firm on a fresh shot.  I know you're not throwing the ball hard in the video, but could you see that in this ball for a speed dominant med/low rev guy like myself?  I can get revs most often when I need, but that's not my comfort zone.

As always... very nice video.  I'm with a few of the other posters above.. I'm not sure that I would even be able to keep that ball "right" on the volumes of oil I see (in this area).  Even with a weak layout and little surface...  However, I can  imagine a lot of people will be able to use this ball quite easily..

i actually ran into this the other night (different house)...it allowed me to square up and not cover as many boards...the total amount of hook got turned down a notch BUT the amount of backend did not, it actually increased because it retained energy better... even with some carrydown its like it ignored it...now if you DO want to cover more boards without a free hook area to the right, i think the better choice is the cell, as that will read the lane earlier and allow you to cover some boards through out the entire lane rather than in just the backend.

Brit,

Nice video as usual.

I have to admit, this is the best looking ball that I have seen going through the pins in a long time.

This is what I immediately thought as well.  On shots sent wide it deflected very little, and on good shots it was finishing very strong.  The continuation was really amazing.

Hey Brit, would you say that this and the Gravity Shift are good compliments for each other?

Hi that is a great video...but the video shows a bowler with good rev, how about doing one with less rev and playing a straighter line so that straighter bowlers like us have a better feel of how this balls can do for us ? Just a suggestion...thanks !

Hey Britton, I have a question:  what weight ball do you use?

Obviously, you aren't a golfer.
