Storm Web Site - Retired Balls
« on: March 18, 2005, 07:38:32 AM »
Storm has finally moved balls that we have known are on their way out to the archive section on the web site.  The following balls have moved from current balls to the archive section:

Original X-Factor
Power Charge Pearl
Eraser Pearl Particle
Barbed Wire

I am assuming Storm belives (rightly or not) that the XXX Factor is overlap with the X Factor and the Power Charge Pearl is too close to the Recharge.  Fair enough.  What do they think are the EPP and Barbed Wire replacements?  Please don't tell me Banshee and HRPSP!  The Barbed Wire is Storm's only real reactive ball for burnt lanes and the Banshee is more of an original Eraser replacement.  What gives?  What about the Fear Factor?  Why is that ball still hanging around?

EPP replaced by Depth Charge
Polish a Razor Wire and you have a Barbed Wire.

How about the Eraser Boost? Won twice on tour last year but I can't see any replacements in storms current lineup

Depth Charge replacing the Eraser Pearl Particle? Hmm...based on the specs that I see about the two balls, and the people that I've seen owning a Depth Charge, I think for both being particle pearls the Depth Charge can handle a lot more oil and make a stronger charge than the EPP...
