well,not the usual cg at the center of grip type of drilling which is what my ice storm is drilled as the pin and the cg is just side by side with 5mm of each other.

any other ways to map a polyester?with such close distance between the pin and cg?

The pin has no relevance in a pancake core, as far as I know.
It just holds the pancake in place while the ball is poured.
CG means everything. It is hard polyester. BUT you're not going to change a lot by moving the CG around.

If you want a polyester ball with a dynamic core, you need to get a Lane #1 XXXL or some older plastic ball made by Ebonite, like the Gemstone or the WereWolf or Wolf clear balls.

You could do a 2" shift with a 7"hole,or a 3-1/2 shift with a 9" hole, or label. Really not a whole lot you could do to it.
