Atomic Charge vs Super Charge
« on: January 25, 2005, 06:14:10 PM »
Wouldn't these 2 balls be used on the same condition? To me, it looks like a person wouldn't need both? What's the difference?

Ric...I agree....just different looks on the lane though....the super would be earlier and smoother.....but to the mere mortal, I'm not sure how much difference you would see unless drilled and prepped TOTALLY different.

The Atomic for me is stronger off the breakpoint than the supercharge.

The Supercharge rolls at your toes and arcs at the backend.
I had two of them and didnt care for either.
I absolutely love the Atomic.

I have both the Super Charge and Atomic Charge.  While both balls have the same cover, their cores are very different which creates a significantly different reaction/look on the lane.

I have thrown both of the balls in three different houses and my Super Charge consistently starts up much earlier than my Atomic and is very smooth at the break point.  On the other hand, my Atomic Charge gets better length and is stronger and more angular at the break point.  They compliment each other quite well.
