Um, actually the Hot Wire is freakin awesome.  Haven't used it in a while, but I think I'm gonna pull it out tomorrow.  Yeah, weaker drill, polish it up, you should be golden.

Yep, this ball is/has been great on pattern E on the pro tour.

Played straight up the boards near and outside 10 this ball looks golden!

Path is exactly as illustrated on storm website.

I got one with the pin under the ring finger and the MB in my track and the ball is sick on a THS.  It makes a real strong move to the pocket and just crushes.  But when it dries up, I find myself trying to cover wayy to many boards but that out of the box finish, not polished. mrepps, why not try the hot Rod?  I have found it a great 1-2 punch with the hot wire.  Try to throw the Hot wire before you polish it, maybe you'll like it and just want it for when there is some oil out there.

well actually my brother already bought it and he needs to get it drilled but he got it online so it would probably take a lot to ship it back. we realized that we bowl on med to dry conditions. so instead of shipping it back and stuff we were goign to try to get it drilled to fit our lane conditions. so we were lookin for it to go longer

Been tearin em up in league for two games with Reaction Rip and then
Low low games game 3 on left.

Backends just become humungous.  Other day same thing happenened and I switched to a Time Zone(more arcy) and crowded the approach and cut it off at the pass so to speak and did well.

Symptons are lots of 8 pins, and 6 pins and counts of 9, very few strikes.

I've been considering Sonix X pearl orig or Hot wire, your thoughts.

Also tried my awesome Xfactor Deuce on shot and flung the 1 pin off the wall in front of the 10 twice and gave up, almost but not quite.

REGards,

PS your thoughts?  hot Wire, or Sonix X pearl!

LuckyLefty,
The Hot Wire is gonna be wayyy too much ball out of box, especially if the backends are booming.  I've heard that Sonic X Pearl snaps hard but the Sonic Boom holds nicely.  Never thrown either though, but I am thinking about buying a boom to go under My Hot Rod, or maybe I'll just buy another hot rod drilled long.  But I know for sure that the Hot Wire ain't what you looking for.
