For those who have these 2 balls

what would you say the differences are?

Similarities?

the reason i ask
i have a VG(and like it) and a prodigy in the box. Wondering how close they really are.

The original Vg or the VG Nano?
The more I practice,the luckier I get.

VG rolls much earlier, and stronger cover. Prodigy, cleaner up front, more angular on back. I saw no similarities between the two balls.

Prodigy- Symmetrical, earlier, smoother, overall weaker than the VG
VG- Asymmetrical, tad longer, smooth but stronger than Prodigy.

Overall, the VG is a step up from the Prodigy. The Prodigy would be the benchmark and as you migrate in you would pick up the  VG to continue to chase in when the Prodigy isnt recovering. Another scenario is, when you're using the VG and it gets to violent or uncontrollable, you would pick up the prodigy to tame the backend.
