Getting an X-Factor Mission 35...
« on: June 10, 2006, 07:14:17 AM »
I've just bought an X-Factor Mission 35 (overseas release).

Looking at the specs, it's got the same RG/diff as the original X-Factor. The coverstock is listed as "800 matte" on bowlingballreview.com, but the coverstock formula isn't specified (just says "reactive").

Anyone know anything else about this ball, such as which U.S. release it matches up to?

Jess

That looks like the pictures on BBR. Do you know off the top of your head which of the more well-known X-Factor line balls that one's supposed to be like?

Thanks. I was actually thinking of buying an old Deuce and trying it out, so this kills two birds with one stone.

Do you have any other X-Factor line balls you would compare it to? Could you give me a mini-review?

Mine drilled pin over ring finger and cg out about an inch with mb just right and next to the thumb, it does have a weight hole on my pap. Ball is stronger and much earlier than the original x-factor is, handles more oil volume and still has a very good backend reaction. This ball can handle a decent amount of carrydown and still be used on 2 nd shifts, it does need some head oil to wrok correct though.

Hammer,

I hope it is very much like the original X-Factor. I had one of those and love everything about it.

Yeah, the original X-Factor was 1500 and looked like a pearl on the rack, so it probably did have some kind of polish added. Thanks!
