Is it only good on a house shot? Has anyone used it on a sport shot and if so how did it work?

NO, great ball works on all shots. I have used it on chameleon and viper as well as beat up scorpion. Very good ball, just a great peace. House shot killer as well.

Belmo uses it all the time on tv...and he typically uses all the good stuff too..
