I have the Tour and the Fusion; I passed on the Pearl.
The Fusion is cleaner through the front, rolls later in the mids, and is much stronger and more angular in the back. Nothing about the Fusion reminds me of "buttery smooth." More like hellastrong, angular and continuous.
If your game is moving in and taking advantage of the dry outside, this ball will please you. I have had no problems with recovery or with flat tens when I have moved in. That's just not my A-game.
Edit added to say that I also have a Lights Out. The Fusion is at least 5 boards stronger than the Lights Out, and is more angular for me in the back of the lane.
For me the Tour rolls early in the mids and give me a more controlled, arc shape ball reaction, which allow me to keep my angles straighter as long as there is enough oil in the heads.
