Hit the jackpot today have never had luck with finding NIB on craigslist, today I found someone short on rent willing to part with an iq nano for 90 bucks not too shabby. What are thoughts on this ball?

Yeah I wouldn't pay retail but for $110 drilled (had a shop GC for some labor) I couldn't not buy it. Short pin but I wanted it pin down anyhow.

I don't understand it . . the Nano is one of the best balls I've thrown.  Don't understand why people would want to get rid of it. 

I had a 300 with my 1st IQ Tour on a house shot. It wasn't my strongest ball, but it was smooth and predictable. Mine did have a substantial amount of length due to the drilling angle being 100, but it wasn't a ball I could just swing it and bring it. I still favor smoother transitions over snappy stuff.

I can only really use mine on some sort of longer/higher volume tournament shot in box condition. I have seen a couple of people put shine on theirs to use on league patterns.

Bill Dozer I seen quite a few people using the IQ Nanos in El Paso mostly on S/D pattern and in the Journal. Good look from out with it and not too flippy at all. It seemed like the strong cover bled off energy early enough to slow the ball down on the back and make it more controllable. I wish I had did better prep leading up to the event and would have brought it.

Low diff symmetrical bowling balls on a house shot are not "sexy".
