I think you've done some homework and have thought of some good options.
The Victory Road Pearl is going to be the most angular of the 3 options you mentioned. If you love skid/snap types of balls, you would love this ball. It also does not use the N.O.S. Core, instead going with the Inverted Fe3 core (only slightly different than the T-Road and Hy-Road).
The Shatter uses the Neutron Core, which is a higher RG symmetrical core. It will help rev up earlier and does provide a good skid/snap reaction with great carry power. It will be slightly less angular than the VR Pearl.
The Turbine Core in the Tropical Heat line is good to work with, but seems to be a little less versatile overall. Don't get me wrong- the Tropical Heat is a good line, but may potentially cause a bigger gap than you want because the core/cover will tend to handle slightly less volume, giving you a little less versatility.
One option you didn't mention but one you may want to consider with the Neutron Core is the Rising Star. This ball is a good choice on medium-light and it works well on some longer and higher volume medium patterns too. It also has a hybrid cover, which will be smoother overall in reaction and can be easier to read. With your rev rate of at least 475, it may potentially give you something that can be more versatile across a wider range of patterns. Also, since it is soon to be discontinued, you can probably get it a nice price too.
