« on: November 24, 2006, 02:16:30 PM »
Since it has been kid crazy on the bowling lanes, I have yet to post a full review on the Jolt Pearl.

Specs:
15 lbs 2 oz
TW: 2.3
Pin Under Ring about 1/4 inch, CG Kicked out about 2 inches from palm, weight hole on Val.

Mini-Review

Ball is an all-around beast. I can play inside and barely hook boards, I can go deep and play to the 8 board and come back. The ball is beautifuland does great on carrydown. As I said earlier, many kids were playing on this and causing to push the oil outside and keep the dry inside. With this in-mind, I went ahead and played some down-and-in characteristics going right up the second arrow and breaking about 5 boards of hook ability. The ball was an absolute monster. It cut through the oil, saved the energy down lane, and blew threw those pins. Played 5 games with this ball totally alone, not even my spare. The 5 Games out of box = 225, 267, 243, 209, 289 = 1233 for 5 games which is a 246.6 average for each game. Great ball! Beats some of the high performance lines just being a mid-performance ball.
