Man 803 with this ball last Friday night! This ball is flat out amazing! It completely ignores the burn and glides down lane. Usually balls like this get snappy in the back or hit lie a wet noodle. This is so smooth even pin up and I am blown away by the readability, control and hit of this ball. Want to try a ride next maybe pin down and a bit of surface.

I can't say I have 300/800's but I absolutely love the original Ride. I have mine drilled pin down. I got a Joyride drilled the same and it's a great 1-2 punch!.

From what I've see,  it's quite the piece.   I've drilled a couple for people and one guy goes 745 out of the box,  the other one is a 150 avg. bowler and had fired three straight 600 Series with 6 of his 9 games in that stretch over 200.

I keep both of mine OOB.

Anyone know first hand how the Rides compare to the Locos?

For me, owning the Ride and throwing a Loco solid.....the Ride is smoother and earlier reading. For me I cant throw it on the burn....It reads to early and if I jump way left I lose angle causing me to leave lots of 10 pins. Now if i get on a light THS or light oiled shot period, the ball is awesome. But when the head totally go, I have to jump left with another ball....I even used UFO polish on it and it still read the friction to early...I pulled out my old Chainsaw SOS and use that on the burn now....

I think I drilled it too strong, 3 inch pin to pap, but the loco solid I threw would have ended up around 4 inch for me....of course im guessing but im sure it would have been close...But to give an idea. I have a lights out drilled 4 inch pin to pap with a p3 at 4000 surface that gets down lane farther for me than the ride polished....

Just an Update a monstrous 847 with the Joy Ride last Friday. Going 300 268 279 this ball is quite underated
