Hey Everybody,
I usually post on the Track forum because that is what I throw, however, a buddy of mine at leagues gave me, free of charge, a Storm Erasure Screamin Banshee. Since I throw nothing but Track, what could I compare this ball too?? I own a Phenom, Mutant, Freak-Out, Freak-a-Zoid, Havoc, Rule, Threat and Dry Heat. He gave it to me for free so I figured what the heck. Sorry, I don't know the Pin distance or top weight. It is a 15 lb ball. Also all I know is that on his drilling (which I know his PAP is going to be different than mine), is that the CG is in near is mid-line and that the Pin is kicked out to about 2 o'clock just right of his finger hole. (he is a righty). What type of reaction could I expect. Storms website says that is good for med to med-light conditions. I have my specs in my profile. According to Storms ball selector, this could potentially match up to my game. Any info would be great. As always, I thank everyone in advance your your help. I was gonna mess around with this ball during summer leagues. Thanks Guys!
PS the house that I bowl at seems to be extremely dry outside of 7 or 8, the lanes are synthetic. Beginning of winter league the heads were very heavy, but I have noticed the past few weeks that there is not as much oil as there was a few months ago, however, it seems like the oil pattern is longer. It felt like a over/under pattern last night. Hope this helps.
