Lights Out Review
« on: August 12, 2013, 09:37:06 PM »
Hello all and thanks for reading.  The youtube video that goes along with this review can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quEHuCTTLI0

Lights out...... Awesome bowling ball with intriguing look and predictability.  The same core found in the all of the Heat bowling balls and this ball is brought to the next level.  I was unsure about this ball having not had much success with the Heat lineup in the past however this ball hasn't left the bag and makes an appearance in nearly all of my league nights and sport shots.  This ball for me is well rounded easily getting through the front part of the lane on fresh and chewed up shots.  It maintains entry angle into the pins but picks up an exceptional midlane roll which allows the Lights Out to be very predictable.

In the video I compared this ball to the Frantic because I wanted everyone to see how the ball rolled in comparison.  Just a little heavier for me and the drilling patterns are very similar.  The Lights Out with a surface change will handle heavier amounts of oil and I have used it on nearly every pattern but my absolute favorite for this ball is the Paris pattern.

Try this Ball and you will find yourself wanting another and maybe one for the closet.
