Hi everyone. I have been bowling for around 30 years on and off,but with a promotion in my job 2 years ago,I was able to commit to bowling regularly now,and bowl Mondays and Fridays,and sub on Saturdays. I currently am averaging around 207 in all my leagues. I am not up on all the terms or drilling patterns on the new balls, but would like some advice if someone can help. Around 2 and a half years ago I bought my first Storm ball,a PBT Eraser,and still love the ball. I found a guy on Ebay,selling brand new Eraser, screamin banshees,around 6 months ago for starting bids of only $9.99.Well I won one for $18.50 I like this ball a lot. I stand with my right foot around the 12 board from the left,and swing it down to the right over about the 14 board to the 8,and it works well when the lanes are a little on the oily side,when they break down some and it gets hard to control I use the PBT with pretty good success. I Finally bowled my first 300, 3 weeks ago with the banshee.My problem is I would like a storm ball that hits like the two I have now,but for dryer lane conditions so I won't have to change the whole way I am holding the ball. I have gone to turning my wrist sideways to take off the hook on real dry lanes. If anyone can recommend a good ball for this I would appreciate it. It doesn't have to be the latest ones out there,It could be an older model that might still be available. Thanks very much for any help.
