Arsenal for new season

Hey all,

Just wanted to get some opinions for the new season. I'm looking to replace two balls in my current line up with two new Storm balls. I know that I am going to keep my Gravity and my Track Equation. I bought the Gravity towards the end of the season last year and absolutely loved it. It's drilled 4x4 which puts the pin even with the ring finger and the key right and a little below from the thumb. I'm keeping the Equation for shorter and lighter conditions.

I'm thinking of replace my Mean Machine with the Dimesion and drilling it similar to my Gravity. I also want to replace my Arsenal Artillery, I was thinking either a Rapid Fire Pearl or a Street Rod Pearl. I want a ball that would be more angular than the Gravity and that would fit between the Gravity and Equation.

Any suggestion would be helpful.

I would go with the rapid fire pearl with pin above the fingers somewhere, that should definitely give you more length and backend for sure!

I would actually consider the Street Rod Pearl, and throw the Equation in the place it belongs, the garbage. The Gravity is versatile enough to cover a myriad of conditions. The Rapid Fire Pearl is already a "flippy" ball by design, so if I were you I would steer clear of "pin over" drillings on the Rapid Fire Pearl, you run the risk of making it uncontrollable. The Street Rod Pearl is a "rollier" ball which offers a look that most Storm balls don't provide with the exception of the SpitFire. Of course this is in MY estimation. Your choice.......

If you can get one...I got a Fired up that is just amazing on the backend. Have been throwing it for 3 years now, and it hasn't lost any reaction.

Is there any particular reason why you are laying everything out so strong? 4x4? On a Gravity and a Dimension?

I was thinking a 4x4 on both a Gravity and a Dimension because I tend to struggle on long flat patterns. I have the Gravity at 4x4 now and I like the way it rolls but I'm afraid that it would skate on some of the oil patterns I see in tournaments. I want the roll of the Gravity on a ball that can handle more oil and I'm hoping the Dimension can give me the same strong, controllable roll.

Dimension might not roll how you want it too, if you want roll, go with a Special Agent if you can find one

I would look at a Cell if I were you, the Cell is much more "rollier". The Dimension has a lot of backend for an "oil" ball.
