Probably hoping the black color will help sell the crappy Match-Up Pearl. Intense Fire looks cool but I doubt I ever buy one. I was hoping we would see a new Thunder line and Master line ball.

I've got no official word on either of these, but given the June 15th release date, I'm betting we'll hear something within the next week or so. Intense Fire I'm sure is a hybrid, Black Pearl hopefully is the same core, but R2S Pearl instead of reactor. That would possibly replace the Hectic . .

If these are coming here, I'm worried about the Intense Fire. The OG needed a lot of oil as it was so can't imagine this one not suffering from the same problems except more. Perhaps this one will be different like the Dark Phaze was compared to the OG Phaze.

It's a summer release...most don't even bowl lol

I haven't thrown the Intense yet but that Intense Fire looks really interesting. And if Luke is right, and this new Match Up replaces the Hectic, my Junior Gold bag may have a shake up.

Core difference would be offset. RG is .01 higher and .001 higher differential. Cover wise would probably bring it closer IF that were the case. My guess is that were getting more of a Tropical Heat look.

I noticed both balls have been removed from the Lomar bowling site. I really like my Intense so I will probably buy the Fire.
